I grew up in St. Peter MN and lived there until I packed up the car and headed off to college in Denver CO. After graduating from college I met Paul and we moved to Omaha NE. We lived in Nebraska for 15 years. We got married on the beach in Cancun and had 2 beautiful girls while in Omaha. Then in 2004 I started selling Tastefully Simple so that I could stay home with my kid’s full time. In September of 2006 my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. That’s when I knew it was time to move back to MN to be with family and near the Mayo Clinic. Paul accepted his dream job with Cigna in November of 2007 and moved in with my BFF. I put the house on the market and waited and waited. Finally in May of 2009 the house sold! So I can call Minnesota my home once again. My mom continues to get stronger and healthier while being tested every three months. She is nothing short of a miracle. Life has had its ups and downs but I truly believe God likes to keep us on our toes. As for me, my girls just started school full time and I will be home by myself for the first time in 7 years so I will have lots of time to share my recipe ideas and my passion for entertaining.A few words about me..
